All-Levels Hatha Yoga with Rachel Satterfield

I believe that Yoga is a truth-telling-peace practice that teaches integrity in our actions on and off the mat. Through awareness of the living breath we are nourished and empowered, supporting individuals and our communities.

In class I offer dynamic inclusive physical cues invoking an elemental (fire, water, earth, air) flow state; encouraging students to expand their breath sensitivity and body awareness while aligning with inner and outer strength.

I draw inspiration and support from three deep wells, my 500-hour teacher training with Nubia Teixeira’s Bhakti Nova School of Yoga, the Niroga Institute’s Dynamic Mindfulness program, and the Sivananda Yoga community. The teachers are many and my gratitude is abundant.
