I believe that YOGA can empower the collective/individual, support stress resiliency and reveal possibilities for peace. By cultivating awareness of your breath, focusing intention, and inviting presence, the practice of yoga begins to serve not only the individual self but our communities at large.
I draw inspiration and support from three deep wells, my 500-hour teacher training with Nubia Teixeira’s Bhakti Nova School of Yoga, the Niroga Institute’s Dynamic Mindfulness program, and the Sivananda Yoga community. In my all levels Hatha Yoga classes I encourage students to connect to the flow of their breath and align with inner and outer strength, compassion and kindness.
Working with flower essences is another source of inspiration. Through flower essences and Hatha Yoga I hope to be of service to those on their path of refining the seen and unseen through breath and movement.
