All-Levels Hatha Yoga with Rachel Satterfield

I teach to be in service to the healing power of the living breath.

In class I offer dynamic inclusive physical cues as well as encourage students to align with their inner and outer strength and to their eternal, ever present, identity of Blissfulness.

I believe that Yoga is a peace practice that teaches integrity in our actions on and off the mat. Through awareness of the living breath yoga begins to nourish and empower not only the individual self on the mat but also our communities.

I draw inspiration and support from three deep wells, my 500-hour teacher training with Nubia Teixeira’s Bhakti Nova School of Yoga, the Niroga Institute’s Dynamic Mindfulness program, and the Sivananda Yoga community. The teachers are many and my gratitude is abundant.
